Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect only what we need to send you your order and keep you updated about it:
- Your name, shipping address and email address
- Order details — what you bought and when
- Basic analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location)
Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To ship your order and send you tracking
- To answer your questions
- To send marketing email — but only if you opted in
Email marketing
If you join our email list, we send patterns, project ideas and the occasional offer. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share your address with anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll action it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand which pages help people most. You can block cookies in your browser — the site will still work, though your cart may forget items.
