This site is operated by us, the shop behind this store. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Orders

• An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly. If that happens we'll tell you and refund you in full.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes shown at checkout.

Products

• We describe our products as accurately as we can, and photograph our own stock — colours may still look slightly different on your screen.
• Our products are craft supplies, not toys supplied for children under 3.

Returns

Our Returns & Refunds policy is part of these terms. In short: 30 days, no questions asked.

Liability

Our products are intended for craft use under the guidance on our Safety & Materials page. The ironing step involves heat and requires adult supervision. We're not liable for misuse or for use that goes against that guidance.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the current one.
