30 days. No questions asked.
We're a young shop, so we make the guarantee simple: if you're not happy with anything you bought, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You don't need a reason, and you don't need to explain.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- We reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.
- Ship the item back in any reasonable packaging.
- We refund you as soon as the parcel arrives — usually within 2 business days.
Refund details
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Your bank may take another 3–5 business days to show the credit.
- Original shipping is refunded too if the return is because of our mistake.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives broken, missing, or isn't what you ordered — email us a photo and we'll send a replacement straight away. You won't need to return anything for us to make it right.
Digital products
Pattern packs are digital downloads. Because the file can't be given back, downloads are non-refundable once delivered — but if the file is corrupted, won't open, or isn't what you expected, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
