Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. Orders outside the US are being added — join our email list and we'll let you know the moment your country opens.

Processing time

Orders leave our workshop within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Saturday. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times (United States)

Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude US public holidays. Delivery estimates start from the day your parcel is handed to the carrier, not the day you order.

Shipping cost

• Free standard shipping on orders over $35
• Orders under $35: flat rate shown at checkout
• No hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.

Wrong address, or parcel hasn't moved

Email us within 14 days of your order if the tracking hasn't updated or the address needs fixing, and we'll sort it out or send a replacement.
